Paul Robinson has served as a principal of Mayer & Steinberg since 1990 and became President in 2024, bringing decades of insurance and business experience to his leadership role. His responsibilities span many areas of the agency, from key operational and financial decisions to working personally with clients. Of all these responsibilities, Paul especially enjoys meeting people, developing new relationships and helping clients protect their businesses and families.

Paul believes an independent insurance agency should always place the client’s interests first. He takes time to understand each client’s needs, remains accessible and stays engaged long after a policy is written. With extensive experience serving restaurants and the hospitality industry, Paul helps clients identify the right coverage while pursuing the strongest available value.

A Rider University graduate, Paul began his career in banking before entering the insurance profession. He is proud to help lead a multigenerational family agency supported by an experienced, long-tenured team. Away from work, Paul enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, cheering on the Orioles and Ravens, attending symphony pops concerts, and continually learning through news and reading.
