Patrick Magoon is Chief Financial Officer of Mayer & Steinberg and a key member of the agency’s leadership team. During his 12 years with the firm, his responsibilities have grown far beyond finance to include agency operations, strategic decision-making and the development of strong relationships with insurance carriers. He also helps clients work through complicated insurance situations, bringing clarity, perspective and practical solutions to each challenge.
 
Patrick is known by colleagues and clients as an exceptionally knowledgeable and curious problem solver. His approach is centered on understanding each person’s goals, solving problems and building lasting relationships that benefit both the client and the agency. He holds degrees in accounting and business administration, maintains a Property & Casualty insurance license and serves on the board of Big I Maryland. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with family and watching his three nephews and niece play hockey, soccer and softball.
